"How might we attract a more diverse audience to Rain Crew events?"
Guided by Acumen and IDEO.org's nine week course on An Introduction to Human-Centred Design, we wanted to explore new approaches to inclusive, people centred design that took us outside our own paradigm and allowed us to empathise and work more collaboratively with those who are impacted by our work.
The final report was a culmination of the learning, the findings and the research approach which will continue to play an important role in #RainCrew's approach to service design.
